The amount of people that are horrible drivers is insane.

I've been driving for around seven months now, and I've already had so many bad driving experiences.

A couple of weeks ago some fucking moron crashed into me and totaled my new car, so now I have to get a new one. I was driving down a small street and out of no where some idiot makes a right hand turn and slams into the side of my car. It flung my car onto the sidewalk and flung his too. I got out to go deal with it, and it was some other kid who got his license a week ago. He was in a soy panic and was freaking the fuck out. I went to go shake his hand and he held his out like this:

He was freaking out, and frantically texting people, but I stayed 0 cortisol. I just asked him for his license and insurance and took a picture of everything. I went to go clean up all the wreckage in the street and called my Dad to come help me. My car didn't look badly damaged but yesterday they called me and told me the car is totaled, so I just have to get a new one, which I'm kinda pissed off about, but whatever. At least it wasn't my fault, so I don't have to pay

I feel like I'm some sort of pro F1 driver or some shit being around these people, like I said I've been driving for seven months and I already feel like I'm a better driver than 95% of people.

Many more bad experiences, but those were the highlights.

I'm mirin Europe where you have to be 18 to drive, and ethnics are too broke to afford that shit.

It's not very hard, when I was first learning I made a few mistakes myself, but as long as you aren't a complete moron, it's pretty hard to crash.

Just start driving short distances, and slowly ramp it up.

Yeah I've been driving for 7 years and the amount of idiots around is horrible. One of the worst is slowpokes on highways that have no passing zones (two lane, two way rural ones) since one slow driver can ruin the drive for everyone for ages. And if you're stuck behind one, you can get over an hour of your drive ruined

Last time I was on such a road, early in the drive some douche was going 40 in a 50 zone that's safe to do 60 in, and then when I finally got to the spot where there is a brief extra lane for passing, this idiot went into the left lane (passing lane) to be malicious and block people from passing. I know to anticipate bs here and always be alert when at this zone so I instantly got in the right lane and passed this fucktard before he could try to block me. I was the only car there that got around him because nobody else noticed what malicious tactic he did till they already ran out of road to have a chance to get around him. I felt so bad for them when I seen them way back in the rear view mirror behind this asshole

Had a good maybe 15 miles after this and then some other asshole was going below the speed limit, which is already grossly low for the road. This one was doing 35 in a 50 zone that normally you do 70+ in. Stuck behind him for 10 miles and he refused to speed up or pull over despite a huge line of cars behind him. Some slowpokes have a little morality and will pull over or speed up if you flash your high beams at them to wake them up. But not these true assholes

I finally got to a spot where there is a straight with enough visibility to pass if no cars are coming, and I passed him there. Don't really like that passing zone because you need to use the oncoming lane to pass since there isn't an extra lane, but it's safe enough as long as it's clear when you go and you do it fast. As soon as I had visibility, I went into the oncoming lane and floored it, zoomed by that retard, and got back in the right lane long before running out of room. You wouldn't want to attempt passing in such places if you didn't have a somewhat powerful vehicle because you'd run out of road.

Then you have the opposite of this, the driver who drives too fast for conditions. I see too many driving on slippery roads like they are dry and also too many driving town roads and windy country roads as if they are highways. That's dangerous and slow driving is just as dangerous

Overall people driving too fast is more rare than too slow, and going below the speed limit on good roads is MORE dangerous than reasonably above

A while ago I was approaching an intersection and got the green light, so was on the gas and proceeding through the intersection when some kid rode his scooter right in front of me. I was going 20mph and had to slam the brakes to just barely avoid hitting him. He didn't even seem to react to almost getting hit, and even when I blared the horn he didn't even look. Just despicable these idiots think they would win against a 4500 pound 4x4 pickup truck

These idiots going slow creates frustration and road rage. Also makes you more likely to tailgate or do risky stuff to get around them. Conditions matter a lot. On these roads going 25 could be reasonable if it's covered in snow but that speed on dry roads is diabolical. And you're 100% right about them having mental issues to behave like this in the first place. I try to not engage with them but holy fuck when one of these tards has been ruining my highway drive for 10-20 miles or more, that's frustrating as hell.

Yeah if you're going anywhere you actually care to get to in a timely manner or even if you just want to enjoy the drive itself, these people are a menace to you. Idk how long your drive to school is, but there's a place over 50 miles away from where I live that I like to go too for fun here and there, and it's a beautiful drive if idiots aren't ruining it.

But again it's the classic two lane road with no passing zones for most of it, so just one bad driver can ruin most of your drive. That 50+ mile drive can be one of the most frustrating things if you're stuck behind a slowpoke. Heck, even shorter drives like I assume your school drive is are an absolute nightmare with these people

Usually when I'm just going for a fun drive I'll get on a 4 lane highway where you can pass a slow driver anytime if you need to. Here in order for slow drivers to block you, there'd have to be two side by side matching each other's speed but this is rare and I've never seen this. At night when there was no traffic I've done 95 miles an hour many times on one of these roads in a straight with good visibility and dry pavement

My car didn't look badly damaged but yesterday they called me and told me the car is totaled, so I just have to get a new one, which I'm kinda pissed off about, but whatever. At least it wasn't my fault, so I don't have to pay

But the amount of people that can't drive is just fucking insane to me.

A couple days prior to the car wreck, some arab driving a red honda with the bumper duct taped on was literally just driving on the wrong side of the road. He quickly corrected himself and turned around and sped past me. I pulled up to the red light to look at him, and it was some arab/greek looking motherfucker in a sweaty track suit yelling on his phone.

And a couple weeks prior to that when I was driving to the gym, some guy who looked like master cut right in front of me and slammed on the breaks, and I got within 2 feet of his back bumper.

I feel like I'm some sort of pro F1 driver or some shit being around these people, like I said I've been driving for seven months and I already feel like I'm a better driver than 95% of people.

Many more bad experiences, but those were the highlights.

I'm mirin Europe where you have to be 18 to drive, and ethnics are too broke to afford that shit.

Genetics have to play a role in this shit.

Not really many places you can "race" here but I do like fast drives on the highway when conditions allow, and I also like doing hard accelerations from a stop for a bit of fun

Yeah if you're going anywhere you actually care to get to in a timely manner or even if you just want to enjoy the drive itself, these people are a menace to you. Idk how long your drive to school is, but there's a place over 50 miles away from where I live that I like to go too for fun here and there, and it's a beautiful drive if idiots aren't ruining it.

But again it's the classic two lane road with no passing zones for most of it, so just one bad driver can ruin most of your drive. That 50+ mile drive can be one of the most frustrating things if you're stuck behind a slowpoke. Heck, even shorter drives like I assume your school drive is are an absolute nightmare with these people

Usually when I'm just going for a fun drive I'll get on a 4 lane highway where you can pass a slow driver anytime if you need to. Here in order for slow drivers to block you, there'd have to be two side by side matching each other's speed but this is rare and I've never seen this. At night when there was no traffic I've done 95 miles an hour many times on one of these roads in a straight with good visibility and dry pavement

The drive is about 10-15 minutes, but it usually ends up taking me 20-25. There's 2 stop lights throughout the route, and they don't stay green very long. The amount of times I've been 500 feet from the light when it turns green, but I still don't make it because the idiot in front of me is going 15, is insane. So frustrating.
