The easiest way to leanmax is alternating days of fasting and eating.
And eat whatever you want on the days you do eat, because if your maintance calories are 2500, then you would need to eat 5000 calories in that one day to maintain your weight, on top of the 1300 calories you burn while fasting, so it comes out of 6300, and good luck trying to do that….
