can it shorten it? i know you can get it shortened as an option with rhino, but i mean rhino itself has an effect on philtrum?

yes it can make it appear longer bc you’re cutting the little skin tag that’s part of the philtrum. you can prolly ask the surg to not cut it tho tbh
