Your surroundings determine whether you will reach your peak genetic potencial. I’m not just talking about what you ate and did as a teen during puberty (although this is obv significant) but I’m talking about the room you sleep in at night, where you spend most of your day and the kind of exercise you do
If you sleep in a dirty room your face will reflect that. If your floor is filled with dust and your pillow cases are not regularly cleaned you will be prone to acne and nasal irritation and clogging, which makes you mouth breathe at night. (Also for those who sleep with a fan on them, pls clean it, it’s probably mega dusty.)
It’s also not enough to “go workout for an hour” in a gym with LED lights. You need to spend time outside in the sun in nature, preferably walking. This is especially important to understand if you spend most of your time in your house with the curtains drawn.
You should also be cooking most of your meals, or be eating home cooked meals. This allows you to handpick the ingredients that go into your food. It’s healthier and more rewarding at the end. Also if you live in the states most likely the tap water you drink is estrogenic and should be filtered. It’s like 50 bucks for a good water filter pitcher and completely worth it.
