They like to humiliate ugly men. Ugly men like me. That's why I can't go outside without getting dirty looks and derogatory comments. Being my level of ugly is like being a black man living in the South for the 10 years following the dissolution of the Jim Crow laws. You are tolerated just enough not to be segregated.. but everyone is actively discriminating against you on a very overt level.

Reminder that the systemic bias against ugly men in employment and the judicial system is higher than the bias against ethnic minorities. Lookism is the ultimate form of -ism, and yet no one talks about how difficult it is to be an ugly man.
