Make no mistake the ceiling is ungodly high but here is the crucial things everything has to go right European skulls are more doli they are naturally longer however as a result If there face doesn't grow right they get a narrow horse skull because the jaw grows down wards they have 1 of the longest mid faces if things go wrong.

Also as a result they are more likely to get rounded eyes if there face doesn't grow right

So yeah this guy is a generic titan blessed by heaven but there is a lot of trade offs with the European face that isn't talked about enough here

Your not wrong but your also exaggerating the faults like yeh its possible to get a horse face but its defintely not exclusive to europeans at all and in fact i think arabs tend to have longer midfaces than europeans on average
