Charming men usually have one thing in common - very expressive and gentle looking eyes, with very expressive eyebrows and a lack of ape like brow bossing.
This can be seen with these 2 legendary boxers from the 60's and 70's era, Floyd Patterson - whom women of all races adored and dreamt of marrying, and Joe Frazier, a charmless brute with a lack of self development and dignity, whom had a child at the age of 16.
Floyd Patterson
And the charmless brute Joe Frazier
Even Mohammad Ali spent countless hours making fun of Joe Fraziers clearly unattractive face, calling him a "dumb looking bumbling idiot"
From these two pictures, anybody could deduce the personalities of these two men and be 100% correct. Floyd Patterson was an examplery American man, he married a beautiful conservative intelligent and dignified wife, he was good with children and was an amazing father, he rarely got in trouble with the law, he owned a house and looked after it well, he was educated and intelligent, he was a kind and gentle man with a love for humanity, and he used his face in many ways to charm people, by smirking, raising his eyebrows, squinting his eyes and using other complex facial expressions to express the boundless charm that lied in his heart. Simply hearing him speak will solidify the fact that he is indeed an intelligent and dignified man.
Joe Frazier on the other hand was an idiot. He was a hyper sexual man, he got a girl pregnant at the age of 16, he grew up on a farm in the deep south and was dirt poor, illiterate and broke the law many times, he was not a super trustworthy man, and he mostly looked out for himself and lacked a noble spirit.
Because of who Joe Frazier was, because he was an idiot, because he was a bumbling brute without a kick of charm or wit to him, he was uneducated and stupid he looked every bit of what he truly was.
On his face lied a perpetual scowl, and when he smiled he did so belligerently and not out of sincere kindness. A charming man develops his noble face because he has a good heart and his face and his eyes are an expression of the emotions and spirit that lie deeper within a himself. If a man is kind and he has a propensity to do kind things his eyes are more likely to reflect such a thing, naturally as he interacts with people his face - which is made up of many muscles, gets used in ways that a charmless brute(s) doesn't, a charming man is animated, character driven and idealistic in his self conduction, he smiles with kindness and squints his eyes when he does so, he smirks in playful fun and narrows his eyebrows not because he is angry, but because he is expressing a sort of flirtatious emotion, to charm an audience. He is overly courgal in his demenor.
That expressive man, the charismatic man, the noble man uses his face differently, and because of that certain muscles on his face become more pronounced - or stronger. And because muscle beats bone the bones in his face are pulled on by those muscles, because of this his face becomes closer to what we know as a "charming" man.
