It's not over, just get bigger forearms by doing rack pulls above the knee (hold 30 seconds at the top) and farmer's walks (walking for 1 minute with the heaviest dumbbells without dropping them).

Forearms are actually more important than your upper arms (biceps and triceps) so if you have 15 inch arms but popeye forearms, you'll look like you have much bigger arms, that is why Popeye looks like he has huge arms even though his biceps and triceps are tiny. My cousin has tiny wrists but big arms from lifting heavy in the gym for a few years. Your wrist size doesn't mean anything.
