I have a problem with this too. The prosecution produced an expert witness who testified that basically nothing that a woman does before or after an alleged rape is exculpatory as to the Defendant. She can message the alleged rapist that she had a wonderful time and wants to see him again, and supposedly this does not tend to show that whatever happened or didn't happen wasn't a rape. Another principle of assessing rape is now that the trauma of the incident makes the purported victim's account as to time, place, or other details unreliable, but nevertheless if the purported victim gives testimony that a rape occurred at a time and place where the accused is proved not to have been present it's still not exculpatory. She can take another shot or three to try and catch the guy without an alibi. This is spectral evidence level, dangerous nonsense.
