Something like botox has probably the biggest effect in preventing aging. I remember an interview with Gandy where he advocated for using sunscreen+moisturizer as self-care for men. So I have 0 doubt that his lifestyle is 'fine'. It's probably the lack of botox that causes his aging.

dunno, my cousins are 35 and still have zero deterioration, look at onision he is 37 and looks the same as when 23, they are all pale, everyone I see who didn't age looks pale, gandy just aged atrociously bad, worse than any other 40 something I've ever seen.

Gandy has aged the worst of literally everyone I've ever seen both in person and irl, just look at chris chan, he is 41 and looks a lot better than gandy and he lived a terrible life style since he was born.
