Motivational something extracted from my "ideas" folder. I HAVE ACTUALLY DONE THIS AND IT WORKS

Something very important that we as humans have to understand is that WE ARE NOT PERFECT, and one of the ways we can see it is how easily we lose our motivation to do things. Remember that 3 a.m. motivation you had one night, how you felt like you could conquer the world, but ended up on your couch drunk the next day?

You see, that is because of something I like to call "interrupted thinking." I won't go into the details here but it’s basically how even with the biggest amount of motivation and "fire in your heart" to do something, you will fail to do so if you have a longer period of rest / not focusing on your objective between your initial motivation and actually doing the action. It's why you say you are gonna work out tomorrow but when you wake up in the morning you don't feel like doing it.

You see, every day you are actually a different person. Your brain clears itself up while you sleep, but it doesn’t just filter out negative stuff. It also clears out emotions that, although negative at first (like thinking you are a huge loser), can boost you to the next "stage" of your life through pure self-hatred-fueled work.

In order to escape this you need to enter the fully conscious mind. Essentially, you need to keep that 3 a.m. motivation for the next day. How can you do this?

Well I have a few steps to do it >

PREPARATION / FIRST STAGE

1: Wait for the opportunity. You need to wait until you know the next day is FULLY FREE (nothing you need to do). Meanwhile, you need to work on balancing out other aspects of your life. (ex: If you want to lose weight, spend the time until you get the right opportunity focusing on training your stamina, doing calisthenics, being clean, eating clean etc. If you can’t do positive things, just make sure you don’t do anything negative (no binge eating etc))

2: Don't sleep. Not even 1 MINUTE. Go through the night. Also don’t shift your focus. You could watch David Goggins motivation bullshit on YouTube for all I care, just make sure you keep the motivation you have and what you want to do in your mind.

3: Starting: At 6 a.m. sharp you are gonna start doing whatever you had the motivation to do (work, workouts, learning something etc). You are going to go EXTREME and way beyond your goals (if your goal is 2 hours of cardio daily, you want to do at least 6). Once you are done, rest, but still keep your goal in your mind.

SECOND STAGE

Now that you have actually done something, the second stage begins.

From now, you will do every action manually and consciously. Be it eating, breathing, getting dressed — you will do everything in the most efficient way possible.

You will do this and keep the extreme work (the 6 hours of cardio in our example) for at least three days.

FINAL STAGE

If you have done everything correctly so far, you only need to do one more thing. What you need to do now is simply be a winner and keep this going on. You are going to slowly dial down your intensity to your initial goal, which will now feel easy.

Every time you feel like you are slipping out of full consciousness, simply repeat the process.
