I was scrolling org when I came across this video by Goatis titled "The Only Blackpill Vide You Need To See" that is apparently revolutionary in the looksmaxxing space. Apparently bad genetics is not a thing, I somewhat agree with this perspective in some cases and to some extent I believe looks are based on a roll of the dice at least to some extent. However, this is not what I made this thread to argue. His whole thing is basically claiming that looks come down to diet and specifically the consumption of raw animal flesh and milk. Now, I was tempted to buy myself a raw steak and make myself and my entire lineage gigachads for the easy price of eating raw meat. What made it even more tempting is the comments. Every single person seems to be buying the idea that the reason they aren't Chads is because they're parents didn't feed them raw meat but I refused to follow the herd mindset and did some fucking RESEARCH. He started off using the Pottenger Cats Study in which cats that eat raw milk and raw meat had by far stronger bones than cats that ate cooked and condensed. However, we are not fucking cats, the human digestive system is by far more complex and beautifully constructed than that of a cat. Cats are carnivores and humans are Omnivores they can't get all the variety of nutrient sources we have, I hate that I have to give basic biology lessons to grown ass adults but people genuinely think because cats grew bigger bones on a raw diet they should too. This was the best argument made the entire video unfortunately the rest is fucking easy to debunk and I'll try 1 by 1.

1. The richer population of India is not fatter because they dont eat raw meat, they are fatter because all they eat is processed food.

2. The vegetarian mom doesn't have a worse placenta because she doesn't eat raw meat. It's because she doesn't fucking eat meat at all. Never was it mentioned the mother with a healty placenta is a fucking raw meat eater

To be honest these are the only solid arguments that are even worth my time refuting. What I'll say to all the people that are popping up talking about a fucking raw meat diet being law. Obs hes opinion is taht u will not change bone structure after u stopped growing, and hes teoris are somewhat accurate. If u do grow up with the diet he promotes u wil end up having a wider face, being taller, better frame and more bone density.

Food helps, but it wont automatically make you chad, especially raw meat/milk. This has to happen for like thousands of years across generations, cant do it in a lifetime. Keep softmaxxing or hardmaxxing

FUCK the raw meat shit. im ethiopan and one of our main foods are litereally straight up raw meat. our phenotype (average) is not even close to even a htn. every ethiopian child who's parents are not poor have been regularly eating a shitload of raw meat since the age of 8.

all of these replacements have anti nutrient so u would probably not even get the vitamins and the vegetable and fruit versions are not the same as animal version for example vitamin k1 found in greens can not be used or converted to k2 found in animals (we use k2)
