The goyslop from last night fucked me up

My gut wasnt used to such highly processed and greasy food as I’ve taken a step back from goyslop. The food ran through me and gave me gas today, such an unflattering behavior. I made sure to only rip my farts when alone and away from people.

Im bloated as shit right now and I need to shave, the stubble hides my good features and makes me look homeless.

Ive only had about 1100 calories so far for the day so if I eat dinner I’ll be eating light. Ive got my protein and vitamins/minerals, had 4L of water and am about to go work out. The weather is shit so I can’t naturemaxx and get a tan, but tomorrow I’ll try.

Just got off work and I’ve got more to do. The work never stops, but I must do it. I will escape wageslavedom.

fried food is literally designed to make you and keep you fat, everywhere i go i see fat people, and everywhere i look, theres greasy fried food. 40% ish percent of the state i live in is obese. I am in better physical condition than most people I see anywhere i go on a regular basis
