Exactly 248 years ago, it was founded by the north atlantid, celtic-nordid and anglosaxons, the last steps of homo sapiens evolution.

248 years ago, humanity learned to fly. It landed its machines on Saturn and asteroids. Fascism and Communism died before they were even born.

248 years ago, humanity set foot on Moon, unraveled the secrets of its existence, its genetic construction, developed the most advanced drilling methods, found the cure for the diseases that were known as the wrath of God

248 years ago, no living creature on the planet knew about these things.

Except for a single bald eagle.

Fascism and Communism died before they were even born.
Fascism was defeated by Russian people (mainly) and communism defeated itself

First of all, communism never existed. If you mean the ussr, that shit just fell apart on its own because of the terrible economic system.

I'm not going to write a long article on this looksmax site about why the Americans won the war. Go do some research yourself.

Capitalism has never been implemented completely flawlessly either. It was the ideology on which they were based that led to their terrible economic system.

The number of soldiers killed is meaningless because it was the Americans who gave the Soviets this ability.

The Americans helped the Soviets a lot, not only during the war but also in the interwar period.

Even Soviet leaders say we would not have won without the Americans.

In fact, the American Navy first provided the USSR with sea vessels and trained Soviet crews in Alaska, and later, together with the American Navy, they established Soviet fleets that provided shipments of American goods from Alaska to the Soviet Union.

All Soviet aces who were declared heroes of the USSR flew P-39 Aircobras, Soviet pilots flying American-made P-39s shot down more German aircraft than all Soviet pilots flying tens of thousands of domestic fighter jets combined.

In World War II, the main truck of the Red Army was the Studebaker, supplied by the USA.

The US and UK built a bunch of railways along the Persian corridor route to carry more material to the Soviets. The US provided millions of tons of material to the Soviets, not just from Alaska, but from many parts of the world.

In World War II, two-thirds of the explosives produced by all USSR armed forces, including bullet powder, were produced thanks to the hundreds of thousands of tons of TNT, nitroglycerin, toluene and derivative materials provided by the US in the lend-lease program.

The USSR produced throughout the war;

55 percent of aviation fuel,
480 percent of canned meat,
66 percent of sugar,
107 percent of penicillin and animal fats,
56.5 percent of railroad tracks,
240 percent of rolling stock,
10-20 percent of locomotives,
160 percent of motor vehicles (the USSR produced 265,000 between 1939 and 1945, while lend-lease provided 427,000),
76 percent of copper,
106 percent of aluminum,
223 percent of tin,
138 percent of cobalt, all of which were supplied to the USSR by the United States through the lend-lease program.

In addition, thousands of aircraft radars and cockpit targeting systems were also provided. In fact, after the Second World War, the Soviets used unlicensed copies of the K-14 "computing" sights provided by lend-lease instead of the ASP-1N sights on their MIG jets.

In addition, 260-ton giant rotary forging machines were delivered to the factories moved to the Ural Mountains.

In 1924, there were 1,000 tractors in use in rural Russia, while in 1933 there were 200,000.
More than eighty-five percent came from the United States

American engineers and architects built 500 factories in the Soviets, the tractor factory in Stalingrad, which was converted into a tank factory, was established under American control by Detroit companies and 380 transferred American personnel.

Soviet infantry and anti-aircraft battery personnel used ammunition containing American gunpowder, Soviet aircraft used American high-octane aviation fuel and tetraethyl, and the Red Army's main wheeled vehicles consisted of those supplied by the United States.

While this was happening, the United States was simultaneously supplying the Soviets with tens of thousands of iron-cutting and iron-forging machines, radars, aluminum, tin, copper, frozen meat, etc., more than the combined Soviet stocks and domestic production.

Even before the protocol signed after the attack on Pearl Harbor, before December 1941, the United States had sent 145,996 tons of aviation fuel, iso-octane and tetraethylen, to the Soviets by September 30, 1940. This amount alone was more than the Soviet petrochemical industry produced domestically during the war for the hundreds of thousands of Klimov and Mikulin engines built for the Petlyakovs, Yakovlevs, Lavochkins and Ilyushins.

Before the US aid, the glorious working Red Army, which lost every battle it fought in Finland without any exception and suffered 380,000 casualties in 3 months, the Wehrmacht, the army of Nazi Germany, which could not produce even half as many motor vehicles as Canada did, whose main logistics element was horses from artillery units to infantry divisions,

However, the US Lend-Lease provided the Soviets with more locomotives, trucks, gunpowder, TNT, explosive raw materials, boots, wool, railway rails, copper, tin, aluminum, wheels, penicillin, radio stations, aircraft radars, canned meat, wagons, aviation fuel, etc. than the total of domestic Soviet production. After he started providing, he started earning, after the USA started producing more than the whole planet combined and became technologically superior to Nazi Germany, after the Americans bombed Germany back to the Paleolithic Age, after they hunted tens of thousands of Luftwaffe planes like wild boars and killed tens of thousands of German pilots, after they destroyed Germany's synthetic oil refineries and hunted U-boats in the Atlantic and destroyed tens of thousands of Kriegsmarine personnel, they were able to drive the Germans out of Soviet territory.

The American Navy first provided the USSR with naval vessels and trained Soviet crews in Alaska, then they established Soviet fleets that, together with the American Navy, provided shipments of American goods from Alaska to the Soviet Union. The Soviets then seized the Japanese islands with their fleets of American ships and landing craft.

In 1940, the USSR produced 883,600 tons of aviation fuel, only four percent of which was 78-octane B78 fuel.

After Operation Barbarossa, 78-octane, not to mention 70 and 74-octane aviation fuel, became hard to come by.

The Yakovlev series, (Yak-1, Yak-3, Yak-9) The Petlyakov Pe-2 and Lavochkin Lagg-3 engine, the Klimov M-105 engine,
129,000 of which were produced by the USSR during the war!

The Lavochkin La-5 and La-7 engine, the Shvetsov Ash-82, a total of 70,000 of which were produced during the war, 57,898 of which were produced during the war!

So how many octane aviation fuel did they run on?

Kilmov MK-105 95 to 100 octane

ASH-82 is between 90 and 100 octane.

How did the Soviet industry, which could not even produce 78 octane in the required quantity, produce the aviation fuel above 90 octane required for a war in which tens of thousands of aircraft clashed?

It could not.
Fuel and lead were completely provided by the USA.
In addition, 4 plants with FCC* were built under American license.

Source, Lukoil, Russia's second largest oil company.

In short, it was the Americans who gave the Soviets this ability.

By this logic, we can say that it was the Soviets who gave the US the ability to defeat Japan because The USSR supplied the USA with raw materials, some types of military equipment and intelligence information under Lend-Lease

Never happened JFL.

Never happened JFL.
On March 11, 1941, the US Congress passed the Lend-Lease Act. In October 1941, the Lend-Lease program was extended to the Soviet Union[1]. On June 11, 1942, in Washington, the agreement between the USA and the USSR "On the Principles Applicable to Mutual Assistance in the Conduct of War against Aggression" was signed. The agreement defined the procedure for providing mutual assistance during the war. In particular, according to Article 2, the Soviet government assumed obligations to assist in the defense of the United States of America and provide materials, services, benefits and information, to the extent of its capabilities[2].

According to the Report of US President Harry Truman to Congress, as of September 2, 1945, reverse Lend-Lease from the USSR amounted to $2,212,698. Including by articles:

Materials and equipment (English: Facilities and Equipment) — $56,786
Testing and restoration (English: Testing, Reconditioning etc. of Defense Articles) — $2,155,912[3]
For comparison, reverse lend-lease from other countries that took part in World War II was:

British Empire (including Australia and New Zealand) — $6,752,073,165;
France — $867,781,245;
Belgium — $191,215,983;
China — $3,672,000;
Netherlands — $2,367,700.
At the same time, all exports from the USSR to the USA in the period from September 12, 1941 to December 31, 1945 amounted to 223,196,300 dollars [4].

Thus, the majority of export deliveries from the Soviet Union to the USA had no direct relation to reverse lend-lease. Basically, the calculation of deliveries within the framework of reverse lend-lease from the USSR to the USA consisted of providing airfields for American aviation, as well as servicing and refueling American aircraft [5] [unreliable source]. Thus, in the period from June to September 1944, American aviation during Operation Frantic used three Soviet airfields in Ukraine to carry out raids on targets in Germany, Hungary, Romania and Poland. In the spring of 1945, American servicemen leaving Poltava received a memo, which, in particular, said:

The Russians did a lot of physical work for us, creating good living conditions for us. They unloaded the cars, helped dig holes, supplied us with water, helped with food, etc. No other nation did as much for us as the Russians did for us.

[6]

Some sources indicate that the cost of services could have included rail and road transportation carried out in the interests of the American side

In 1944, the book "Lend-Lease - The Weapon of Victory" by the administrator of the Lend-Lease program and future US Secretary of State Edward Stettinius was published in the USA.

Even Russia and China, which suffered huge losses defending their countries, supplied us with military materials and rendered some services. The Chinese returned to us all the Pi-40s that remained from those they bought from us for free, and gave our 14th Air Unit gasoline from their invaluable reserves. We have sent no troops to Russia, but when our ships come into Russian ports, the Soviet Union pays all the expenses for fuel, food, medical care, and, if necessary, repairs to the ships.

Our allies are certainly doing their best to fulfill these obligations. Russia has been fighting a war on her own soil for two years, China for six. Both have lost millions of people, have seen many of their major cities occupied and destroyed, and millions of acres of their best land taken away. If we send them more aid under Lend-Lease than we receive from them under "Return Lend-Lease," it does not mean that we are doing more to fight our common enemy. We know that they are putting all their strength into this war, just as we are.

—Edward Stettinius

Nigger i know what reverse lend lease is.

While the aid the Soviets received from the US was vital to them, the US did not need Soviet aid. The US provided great aid in every field, from high octane fuel to motor vehicles and food aid from the factories that were established, and kept the Soviets alive against the Germans. However, the Soviet aid was very small and of no importance to the US. Over ninety percent of all reverse lend lease came from Britain. JFL.
11.3 billion dollars US aid to Soviets (50x of Soviet aids)
223 million dollars Soviet aid to US
There is a limit to what you can do with money.
Money aside, the US provided high technology to the Soviets, but the Soviets could not provide such assistance.

According to historian Max Hastings, 92% of German casualties occurred on the Eastern Front. The scale of men in the West was nothing compared to the East where you had hundreds of divisions engaged at a time.

The lend-lease program took effect later on. During the Battle of Stalingrad, I believe that the US support to the USSR was paltry.

Lend Lease might have started before you guys entered the war but it started after the war had already started. For the USSR, it didn't start until after Germany had begun Operation Barbarossa obviously.
As for the impact, the program gave around 11 billion dollars to the USSR in forms of various goods. The vast majority of the program's goods went to Britain though.
People here tend to either fall on one side of the argument: either lend-lease was useless for the USSR or it was the only reason they survived. In truth, it was important but overstating it is a bad idea.
The battle of Stalingrad took place from the latter half of the first protocol to the beginning of the second protocol. Remember that the Persian Corridor wasn't even operational until the battle of Stalingrad had already started. The Pacific transportation route which would eventually account for most of the supplies from lend-lease started operation before the US entered the war, but after entering the war, transportation of equipment would have to depend on Soviet transports, not US transports because of American-Japanese hostilities.
So yes, the Lend-Lease was important. At the time of the darkest hour for the Russians though, in the Battle of Stalingrad? It would be a gross exaggeration to call it pivotal or even a majority of the reason why the Soviets could continue fighting. I would argue that the Lend-Lease program was a large reason why the USSR was able to win various advantages from the war, and expand their influence in Eastern Europe. Protecting from Germany though? With the Western distraction and the failings of the Germans at Stalingrad, I highly doubt that Lend-Lease was the reason why the USSR survived and successfully defended their homeland.

According to historian Max Hastings, 92% of German casualties occurred on the Eastern Front.
Its around 70-75 percent. JFL.

Rockets mounted on American trucks. Battle of Stalingrad.

The Soviets were incapable of producing trucks to carry Katyusha rockets. The US gave the Soviets more trucks than they produced (1.6 times). The air force was incapable of putting high octane fuel into their aircraft. This high octane fuel was supplied to the Soviets and 4 factories were established under American licenses, including FCC. The Soviets were provided with 2.5 times more railcars than they produced. They were provided with 10 times more locomotives. Stalin recognized that after WW2, relations with the Western Allies (the United States and Great Britain) remained important, although tensions had begun to surface. Acknowledging U.S. aid was part of a diplomatic strategy. In 1943, during a meeting in Tehran, Stalin spoke of the importance of Allied supplies for the war, perhaps to demonstrate gratitude and strengthen cooperation. His words can be seen as a tactical move.

JFL at thinking that "muh American aid brought them victory" just because Stalin said.

There is no direct quote from Stalin where he claims that without outside help from the US, the USSR would have definitely lost the war. However, he did say that US aid was extremely useful and significantly accelerated the victory. For example, after the war he said:
"Without American equipment given to us under Lend-Lease, we would not have been able to win the war so quickly."

If Stalin spoke of the importance of Lend-Lease, it was politically and diplomatically justified. Soviet Russia made the main contribution to the defeat of Nazi Germany, but it cannot be denied that US aid played an important role in supporting the front. However, the assertion that the USSR would have definitely lost without Lend-Lease is copium. Victory would have been achieved, but perhaps with even bigger losses and over a longer period of time.

for the particularly stupid, I'll repeat it again. US support of USSR was insignificant in relation to their actual production output. And most of the lend lease came after the USSR begun it's march towards the Atlantic. The USSR won the war by winter 1942, everything after was just a prolongation of the end for Germany. Germany never stood a chance agaisnt the USSR and their leadership knew it fairly early on but were already committed at that point.

Also the US did not give away anything for free, it all had a price. UK just paid off their ww2 loans to the US in the 2000's. The US benefited economically imensly. The end of ww2 was the start if the US golden age which to a extent has maintained momentum to today.
JFL at you, please do not reply, I don't want to continue arguing with such an idiot
