I've yet to see a true surgery ascension where the base Person wasn't gl already. That can only happen during puberty and if you missed the train it's over

lifefuel, i got extremely short philtrum, rhino could ascend me right (downturned nose) ? my chin to philtrum ratio is off

She got alar base reduction as well from the front, which was a looksmin. Her alar base wasnt too wide, there was no need to get alar base reduction.

She looks slightly better from the side after the surgery, but quite a bit worse from the front, which matters most all things considered.

Also with her new eyebrows styling, it makes her IPD look worse compared to the old eyebrow style.
