2. Repping
Repping (the act of reacting trough the reputation system) is a important part of having a conversation here. It is very disrespectful not to rep and can make users hostile against you.
Example:

When you ask a Question in the Looksmaxxing Questions subforum
and get a great solution for your Question the least you could do is give a Solution by pressing the checkmark on the right of the post that helped you.
It's seen as very disrespectful to not give the solution.
You can only give a solution if you asked the question. You can up or downvote any answer except your own tho.
So do this little courtesy for getting your question answered for free.

4.Private messages
You don't unlock pms directly after registering as a user. You have to be active enough to unlock it. From my knowledge this doesn't mean exceeding a post/rep count but just being active for a few days.
When you unlock it you'll be seeing these two options
Avoid using chat.
It looks like this and you cant insert images and has some visual issues on dark theme
Use the conversation feature instead. It looks more like normal threads and you can insert pictures.
Note that I called them private messages but they may or may not be private. So beware

Here are some things you might see here and what they actually mean
mirin = admiring
dnr = did not read
avi = avatar
smv = sexual market value
foid = woman
neet = Not in Education, Employment, or Training
jfl = just fucking lol
ldar = lie down and rot
larp = live action role playing
incel = Involuntarily Celibate
trucel= True involuntary celibate
volcel= Voluntarily Celibate
KHHV= Kissless Handholdless Hugless Virgin
