They tell you to drink whey protein which has 0 nutrients, its just pure protein while taking other really expensive products.

T levels is never addressed at all even though its the most important thing when it comes to the gym

The gym industry is designed to keep low t men lifting for small gains while looking like trash

In my opinion

1. Get super lean while eating lots of fats, some carbs to get t levels up and do calisthenics

2. Bulk up slowly with some hypertrophy program

T levels come over EVERYTHING else

if your genetics are so poor that lifting+protein cannot ascend you you should just kill yourself or inject imo.

for 99% of all humans that works fine.

Half of the products you can buy is cope. BCAA is a pure scam. Its already in normal protein shakes in abundance. Weight loss pills is cope. If you eat 1 spoon less you get the same affect as over the counter weight loss supplements. Allot of of supplements that famous people and influencers make are under dosed. People claiming they are natty and giving advice like train 2 hours everyday eat 6000 kcal a day and do 2000 pushups dailywhile they are clearly juiced.

Calisthenics over weights?
Only to start off with so you can have low impact exercises while cutting the estrogenic fat stores off you
