The gym is cope all it can do is help abit with being lean which you can obtain through having a good diet and the gym can give u more muscle mass but girls don’t care abt muscles if a girl says they like biceps they mean a tall masculine man with a good frame and the gym can’t help with facial bone mass or height which r really the most important things when it comes to attractiveness.
