It does.Exercise improved my skin.I dont mean weight exercises.I mean cardio.My skin got smoother and pimples dissapear the next day when i jog the day before.Im pretty sure it has something to do with cardio and moving around in general

When someone is that retarded to train 6 times a week as a natural, you deserve to looksmin yourself. General advice for gym celling: lean down to 10%, start a lean bulk till 15% and then diet down again. Do this so many times until you are happy with your body and just maintain it. If your body isn't at least as good as Chicos, you should definitely gymmax

i never said im against exercising, i just dont enjoy the gym

i hate the gym actually, the main reason i quit is becasue mentally i always left the gym feeling triggered by retards in it who make exercising unbareable and obviously exercising is meant to be fun and good for your wellbeing

but yes, i dont feel the need to have a strong body, i already have insane presence with height and face, i find having a plain "average" body draws even more attention to my strengths...something to consider
