Hair transplants aren’t some magic reset button. You’ll likely need multiple sessions, lifetime maintenance meds and they’ll never fully restore your teenage density. Results depend heavily on donor area quality if your donor is weak, you’re screwed. Density is always lower than native hair, and if you keep losing hair behind the transplant, you’ll need more work or end up looking patchy as hell. If you aren’t ready for long-term commitment and constant upkeep, don’t even bother.
