You have to learn to concern yourself with living a fulfilling life, just ask yourself 'if I was god, what would I want to do with my life?', that sheds all inhibition and fear and bs and lets you be honest. Then reframe your thoughts in a way that's possible to achieve in real life, and break your goals down in 10 year/5 year/2 year/1 year/6 month/3 month/1 month frames, don't force yourself to be exact, most things will be beyond your control but just have a clear sight of where you want to go and what you need to do to get there. The secret is to consciously believe that everything's working out in your favor, it might not, but you choose to believe otherwise anyway. Don't believe me? Try it out for a whole month, be fucking consistent and you'll see things work out on their own, don't ask me how it works.
Meditate on death, it's no big deal, you won't feel a thing when you're dead and all that, takes some getting used to but soon you'll realize it's just normal and nothing to be scared of.
Basically be introspective, do what you want to, don't waste your life shitposting and moping and jerking off and whatever shit you do, write down your flaws and weaknesses and just read them daily dispassionately, once your problems are in your conscious mind you'll automatically work on fixing them or avoiding making mistakes. Lot more to it but you have the internet at your disposal, it's good for more than just shitposting so use it.
