The limit makes no sense as all surgeons are willing to try if you pay them maxio facial surgeons are anyways. Know practically today it's harder as the main users of plastic surgery are foids that don't go for the stuff men want but it's possible and your not gonna die from this as long you are very careful in what you doing.

You only have so much bone mass, you need specifc measurements, you cant double the width of your face, go from looking asian to having gandy eyes..... There isnt a fix for everything.

Are you talkong about the lateral projection of certain parts of the face cause if so you can you get bone graft phyically from the face and as for gandy like eyes its currently not possible but stuff similar to it is also gandy eyes isnt just what makes gamdy unqiue its also his jaw its overall masculine his eyes are the extra touch off course you cant copy the exact eye shape but you can get deep set eyes which everyone seeks.

Deep set eyes is produced by a couple of things.

A forward grown maxilla and a good under eye area.

Your frontal bone is also heavily projected.

I think non badly recessed manilla is required for good base not because it's impossible to fix but because drs are unwilling to fix it. Also as much as one wants to deny, someone with the right pheno is going to get a higher return on investment
