Yea dude it's sad.

I could imagine once AI scales up a little more in the upcoming years, the only people that will be left in the field are going to be the top 1 percent. This is bad news, since my cousin is an artist.

I have a theory that modeling agencies already have 3d facial models and scanners, they just wouldn't release it to the public bcz of muh eugenics.

For video production they might be replaced. But the video games industry, which is worth billions in the present day, will still need artists to create the meshes. (Although I have seen once that AI is building towards a state where it can even imagine and construct the meshes automatically and without cost, so all white collars in the entertainment industry or ICT are on a collision course with progress.)
