fewer things are hard than the list of commonly-described "hard" things

like sleeping on time, eating well, even losing virginity

let me explain, these things are actually easy to do in terms of ability

yet the reason they seem hard isnt because they are, but rather because NOT doing them is even easier

it is the difference of effort that makes the illusion of "hard" vs "easy"

on an objective level, learning how to speak is way harder than losing weight, yet most fat people have sufficient linguistic ability

why? because despite the actual difficulty of learning to speak, not learning to speak is even harder

again, its all the difference of effort
