i think main reason is recession of canine fossa and sunken midface

Not forward growth, for some reason some people doesnt get the bone that prevent nasalfolds. And it can happen with high bone mass individuals

It’s gravity causing fat to accumulate above the nasolabial fold (can’t go lower) leading to the crease being visible.
