The importance of nutrition

While many blackpillers on the site argue that genetics are the primary determinant of height and dismiss nutrition as a coping mechanism, I would like to present my own experience. My father comes from Nigeria, where the average height is 5’7”. Despite this, both of his parents were shorter, with his mother at 5’3” and his father at 5’6”. This was attributed to their diet, which was heavily reliant on carbohydrates such as yams, plantains, rice, and peas, as the country was recovering from a civil war during their devolpmental years. My father was born at a more favorable time and had access to meat at a young age, yet he only reached 5’7” by the age of 15. Upon moving to Europe, where he had access to more nutritious food, he grew to 5’11”, which is remarkable given his genetic background. This phenomenon is observed in many immigrants who relocate to Europe or America, experiencing significant increases in height compared to their parents. I have witnessed individuals of Asian, Mexican, and Indian descent, as well as myself, achieve heights of 6’ or more. My diet has been rich in red meat, dairy, and animal products, including organ meats, although I have not been fond of vegetables. My father’s strict dietary habits have been advantageous for me. I reached 5’10” at 14, 5’11” at 15, and am now approaching 6’1” as I turn 16. My mother, a short Swede at 5’2”, was mostly vegetarian and had parents who were 5’6” and 5’3”, respectively. This shows the significance of nutrition. Last summer, my nutritional intake declined due to starting a job so i bought more goyslop, resulting in facial acne, poorer health indicators, and weight gain. I was consuming unhealthy foods, but since incorporating more animal products into my diet, I have been regaining my health. Although I have not fully transitioned to a raw diet due to living with my parents and financial constraints, I plan to do so once i can afford it and peptides i believe aren’t as necessary(not saying they don’t work but if you want height just hop on hgh) as most believe if you can’t even get on a good diet peptides are cope since you need certain nutrients for peptides to even take effect when all is said and done nutrition prevails as the most important thing for your health height and looks.

i actually read so you better rep me or smth. either way isnt everyone in the africa/nigeria starving? maybe its not the nutrition of food but volume of food itself? what a crazy phenominon you need higher ammount of kcal and nutrients to grow more :oops::oops::oops:

Cope I would eat 1 meal a day so I had time to play videogames when I was a kid and I'm now 6,2 and my dad is 5,6 my mom is 5,3
