Here is my current profile silhouette when I'm jutting enough to resolve my TMJ pain

uGLY jewish caveman

Now here's me with 8mm lefort advancement of the maxilla + rhino

I ONLY changed the midface and even though I have such a big nose still I look better because it's clear I'm not so fucking recessed

Trying to replicate it with MSE+FM but it'll take YEARS and there's still no guarantee it'll look 1% as good as this so what's the fucking point

I'm convinced surgery is the ONLY real solution to a fucked maxilla. Don't delude yourself with mewing it won't give you more than 1mm advancement
