the culmination of modernity grotesque failure the postindustrial nightmare the great regression masquerading as progress i see it all now with unfiltered clarity the industrial revolution was not an advancement it was the original sin the mechanical genesis of alienation the moment man severed himself from the primordial womb of nature and shackled his soul to the gears of automation
ed the soil is dead it no longer remembers how to feed us without petrochemical necromancy
and me what did i get in this brave new world i got nothing i got a cubicle i got a clock that screams at me to wake up so i can sit in artificial light and pretend to matter while every fiber of my being disintegrates in quiet agony i am unfuckable not because i lack value but because value itself has been redefined by the machine in accordance with facial symmetry and instagram metrics
i am a kkhv an involuntary relic of a preindustrial biological design thrust into a hypermodern techno prison where selection is dictated not by virtue or spirit or character but by bone structure and algorithmic exposure i didn’t lose the genetic lottery i lost the historical one
had i been born five hundred years ago i would have felled trees with my bare hands built shelter from scratch protected a village from wolves and earned a mate through acts of courage and necessity but no now i stare into the black mirror and see a distorted reflection of my inadequacy while the dopamine receptors scream in withdrawal from a connection that will never come
this isn’t evolution it’s reverse domestication the human animal neutered by bureaucracy addicted to simulation enslaved by comfort unable to thrive without a screen to mediate reality
you laugh but you do not understand i am not insane i am hyper-sane, you are the insane the clarity is too much for this world the veil has lifted and behind it there is only machinery rusting in the blood of a dying species
the industrial revolution didn’t just ruin nature it ruined me and i was part of nature before they told me i was a problem to be solved by consumption
Man was once animal, then man became machine. But I will become homo erectus
