i've noticed that when that happens they just want somebody with your skills but somebody who isn't you
getting jobs is mostly just being good and socially capable around people
thats where autists like me get fucked because where perfectly capable of the job but can't be apart of the social aspect

Nah in most cases i am even socially acceptable, cracking jokes and making my interlocutors easy. It's just that they must hire their fking son or someone they know, it's always like this especially now

Some jobs don’t hire crazy overqualified people because they know they will still be looking to get a higher paying job that they’re more qualified for.
