this is bad advice homeless people are often poor and end up going to cheap fast places and gas stations to get highly processed junk foods

the key to eating healthy is eating whole foods, low saturated fats, low cholesterol, high fiber and adequate mufa, moderate carbs and protein.

there is nothing special about time restricted eating its just another way to acheive a calorie deficit

I find (Works best for me)
little to no carbs is best, high protein and high fat. And no processed bs.

I cook all my meat with animal fat tastes better than all that other bs.
A few veggies is good as well, but not high carb ones.

Im always in keto and its very easy to get to a low bf/I also have basically no bloating.

Not true. I know some real stingy ass people that eat like shit because they are always counting their pockets when they dont need to.

The key to eating healthy is eating plants and fruits. Your teeth is shaped like a Frugivore because were meant to eat veggies and fruits for the majority of the time. Probiotics are also key. Fermenting shit like ginger or garlic, kombucha, fermented cabbage, is the realest shit you can do for your body.

Also fasting. I don't really believe in going caloric deficient, but i believe that if you do extended fasts 4-7 days its really beneficial when it comes to healing your cells and resetting your gut biome. It also most importantly resets your cravings and makes veggies and shit taste like manna from heaven, which in turn makes the new diet more efficient.
