It’s weird because I know what’s causing it. It’s a lack of mind muscle connection to the left side of my tongue during swallowing and talking. I’ve tried everything in my power to fix it but it feels impossible to relearn how to swallow and talk with both sides of my tongue. I think proper swallowing in particular is crucial for maintaining good bone structure so when the back portion of my tongue doesn’t want to function while I do it the palate along with the entire face start recede and collapse which is what’s happening to the left side of my face. The force that is applied by the back portion your tongue when you swallow is far greater than that of when you’re mewing or talking which is why it’s so important for maintaining and/or improving facial aesthetics. The problem is, is that swallowing and the movement of the back portion of my tongue while doing it is completely involuntary. I feel stuck with no answers. You can almost always find people with similar issues and experiences as you somewhere on the internet but with this I’ve seen nothing. Idk how to fix this. If any high iq users want to chime in that’d be great
