The less calories I consume in a given day the less sleep I get that night

I made it through the day with 1600 calories but when I do this I only sleep like 5 hours. This unfortunately gives me more time to eat and spikes my ghrelin and reduces my leptin.

My body doesn't want me to get to lean
 
Fighting genetic comfort points always comes with negatives

I.e malar fat pads melting, nasal folds, worse skin etc.
