Now that may be cuz in western countries, men are becoming less masculine but also because in those other countries, traditions still play a role

Not saying pretty boys won't have success, but they appeal won't be as strong

I think, history plays a part why is it like that

For example, when you look at warriors in European cultures that people admire the most, it's usually roman army, spartans, the Vikings, crusaders... They all are typically masculine big and strong men

Meanwhile in Japan, great warriors were samurais, they prioritized skill over size and the were slim, not big
