yup loneliness is a severe looksmin that destroys your brain and all organs the environment you live in is extremely important, unless you manage to tweak the chemicals in your brain to replicate a happy and fulfilling life full of friendships and people who love you lol

my family on my mom side is extremely sick (vegans, ssris, multiple boosters, lgbt...), when I'm around them I feel sick too but when I'm around my asian family on my dad side who still eat a somewhat traditional diet and are all healthy and happy I feel good and younger after a one week stay with my grandma she commented that my skin was glowing and that I smiled alot more compared to when I came in
