Both sexes care about facial attractiveness, but it is extremely out of hand on the male side of the spectrum. 90% of a women's attraction to men is towards face and height. Everything else is a bonus. But in reality facial attractiveness and height are not really correlated with good health, just look at Richard Ramirez. The guy was a schizophrenic psychopath.
However when it comes to men rating female attractiveness, it's a lot different. Some good examples of this is Kat Dennings and Nicki Minaj. Neither has a 10 face, BUT what they do have is the perfect women bodies with large breasts, excellent waist to hip ratios, with an hourglass figure. The reason the hourglass figure is so attractive to us men? Health and Fertility. Being thin with a hourglass shape is pretty much a winning combination for attracting men because it shows high quality genes in metabolic health and fertility.
This is the perfect female figure imo.
