PEOPLE FELT FOR THE MEME. Insane how people in a looksmax forum advise against vegetables and greens and promote meat. Holy shit just insane. Let me summarize to the dumbfucks who never read in their lifes: Nutrition discuss some stuff, but most of it its VERY well established. Veggis, fruits greens are THE BASIS of a healthy diet and processed foods are BAD. Models base their diet on this. David SInclair says eating red meat makes you get older faster. Mediterran diet is the healthiest. Veggies and greens will give you coloring because of carotene (coloring is one of the most if not the most important in terms of beauty) All that proof and the fucking retardeds in this forum keep getting on the meme of the meat diet and that veggies is bad. Srsly those people. Even in a looksmax forum cant compete in looksmax with a fucking normie.

consider that the human species isn't supposed to follow a singular diet model and sub-populations within the species are adapted to different kinds of diet models through gut biomes, even if the overarching anatomy doesn't vary a whole lot.

what is best for you is generally what your ancestors ate for prolonged periods of time, i.e coastal populations are adapted to eating a lot of fish, temperate populations are adapted to foods that are available during the winter i.e roots and nuts.

I just take the best of both worlds. Tons of veggies and berries a day (can't say a number, but I estimate 800g-1kg) and tons of meat a day (average 300-500 grams, which isn't even much when you remember Arnold ate 2-3 kilos of meat daily)

Though I do alternate between red meat, fish and poultry.
If I'm craving meat a lot on a particular day then I'll eat up to 600-1000 grams.
Like two big t-bone steaks.

My goal isn't just to stay healthy, I don't care that much about long term health. I don't care what happens to me after age ~60.

The goal is to look good while young/ a young adult, and vegetable/berry consumption has direct effects on skin quality and undertone through flavonoids and anthocyanins.

It (vegetables) also has a positive effect on mood and mental health, and keeps excess hunger at bay
(very high volume, very low calorie, high nutrition, high fiber).

The thing is that Darwinism is not entirely true and so humans may have adapted to agriculture in some ways, maybe. For example perhaps people developed shorter limbs to become efficient veggie gatherers while superior hunters autistic men have long limbs in order to hunt actual food...

hunter gatherers change their environment for harvesting, it's effectively the same as cultivation, the only difference is that they didn't pick the locations and didn't alter the soil, they worked with whatever was already there and never took more than they needed, they still do this to this day, and when the europeans arrived in australia it wasn't an overgrown jungle it was a carefully manicured park.

we are obligate carnivores. Yes we didn't only eat meat but meat was essential and likely more than 80%. It was the only possible way to sustain bigger groups of people. All the veggies and grains literally didn't exist in that form - they were genetically bread through agriculture for 1000s of years. every documentary of hunter gathers ever shows they know exactly where everything grows, they purposely burn/slash these habitats to maintain them for the 'crops' they're essentially growing, what separates it from agriculture is that they didn't put them there on purpose, but they do make an effort to ensure it remains the dominant species in them.

ramps have been harvested by humans way before we purposely started cultivating onions, but it's essentially the same thing, meadows full of wheat already existed before we made them.
