all works thru the way our brain is programed, notice how monotheistic religions tell you to read the bible every day n talk to god and have faith, which just means take your time convincing yourself that god is real, same goes for spiritual sht about achieving enlightment, takes a long time too, every belief is just that, you believing, you convincing yourself and believing, nothing is actually real
