HEALTH IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO ASCENDING. THERE IS NOT ONE ASCENSION OF A GUY
THAT WAS MENTALLY UNWELL AND WANTED TO ROPE.

How many fucking guys have gone completely insane cause of this website? I can name a few: curlyheadjames (obvious, he's getting better nowadays though)

@Shitfacegoodbod=mog (became insane to the point of showing his dick while flexing his muscles, bonesmashed on youtube with a wooden hammer while clenching his mouth and listening to NoCopyrightSound music)

@Ekil73_YT (tries anything to ascend, each failure bringing him closer and closer to losing his will to live)

@folieadeux (wants to rope because of blackpill and NT-Pill)

@Yuno_howitez (told my whole family about surgeries and bonesmashing, they want to kick me out, went to school with bonesmashing bruises, everyone hates me and believes I am ruining the whole family and that I am a lost cause)

@mrriceguy (is very depressed because he isn't 7.5 PSL and believes you need to be prime chico to have a girlfriend)

@Esteban1997 (sometimes claims he is not chad, even tho he is)

AND SO MANY MORE I HAVEN'T EVEN MENTIONED. When I look at all these guys (besides me) I actually can tell they have good potential for ascending and I think they can become NT again. Being insane just makes you even uglier and ruins you and your motivation.

I had really bad mental health last year, was also browsing .org everyday for hours, after I ascended and life started to get good, I cut .org for just under two months, got happy, came back and now I’m somewhat NT and ascended.
