Sex as an act is a great thing and cant be replaced when done correctly. One of the most pure unique things in life. In the modern world tho, its the act of trying to get sex that is a waste of time. The effort you must put in to get a high dopamine rush for a few seconds when you nut is not worth it and clouds your judgement. Sex between a boyfriend-girlfriend or a husband and wife is more ideal since it is more of a bonding activity and not a chase for dopamine
