Fellow nicotine addicts, trust me. If you're a smoker, just smoke less.
Not only will you do your health a favour by smoking less, but each time you light a dart, smoking will be a memorable experience.
From my own experience, the less cigarettes you smoke per day or per week, the more great the feeling of euphoria is when you actually smoke a cigarette.
Chain smoking is a bit low IQ (although it's a normal thing to do in social settings). You damage your health more from more cigarettes and the nicotine doesn't give you any sort of pleasure cause your bloodstream is just so full of it. More carcinogens and less enjoyment.
But when you smoke only 1-2 cigarettes per day, you feel the nicotine calming yourself and giving you an insane rush of dopamine, it's the best thing in the world. Even if you're smoking low-nicotine cigarettes.
I used to be a heavy smoker a few months after I started smoking, I used to smoke 10-15 cigarettes a day. Then I cut it down to 5 a day, then 4 cigarettes a day.
Yesterday, I only smoked two cigarettes, the day before, just one. The nicotine rush I got on Wednesday was easily the most beautiful thing I experienced in a while.
