It's not about what YOU want. The values that you want in a woman, the personality. No.

A woman likes you. Wow. Impressive. Rare. And this woman is also decent-looking?

LTR NOW. WIFE MATERIAL. HAVE MY KIDS.

The most brutal part of being sub-HTN for me, is that I have 0 options. So all I can do is look for basic physical attraction (decent-looking) and hope she likes me.
