first, a good chunk of men are disqualified instantly by having unfixable flaws, shit IPD, long midface, misshapen skull etc

then you have to disqualify all those who are failoed by soft tissue, like terribile lips, no eyelashes, too many signs of aging etc

after that you'll be left with a group that has a bunch of failos, it's not enough to fix one or two, you need to fix pretty much all of them for a 5.5 psl or the top 10%

so that means 30 to 50k in procedures for pretty much all of them
you're in that group - what do you think it would take to bring you to 5.5 or 6 psl?
