A hairstyle that suits you + good facial hair will literally add 0.5 or even 1 point depending to the person, a bad haircut will hold you back A LOT

I’d only say this is a soft-moderate cope because the larger jaw muscles do yield the results that many want but not always

I known about mewing since I was 14 way before Looksmaxxing got popular, I unironically been hard mewing for 6 years now and my bone structure has gotten stronger

It's a combination of both,steroids can lead to muscle growth, enhancing features like the jaw they can also promote fat loss and improve definition, which might make facial bones appear more prominent
But actual bone structure changes from steroids are limited, and the difference is likely due to muscle development and fat redistribution.

I’d say training facial muscles can have some impact, especially for muscle hypertrophy like the masseters, but it’s limited. Methods like mastic gum and chewing are cope if you’re expecting drastic changes. They may slightly improve muscle definition, but bone structure won’t change unless you opt for surgery or orthodontics. For real maxxing, focusing on bone structure (through surgery or orthodontics) or fat distribution is more effective.
