Its that u constantly have to stay in bulk to gain size and strength by size I mean lots of fat and some little muscle unless u have good genes or take gear it's fucked up I feel better bulking but fucking disgusting fat if u eat maintainance u stay the same

How's your progress going, cowboy?
Only progressing on bulk like my deadlift increased from 140 - 150 kgs to 180 kgs bench I can only do 35 kgs dbs for like 7 reps shoulder 30 kg for 4 reps squat 110 kgs 2 reps
