It's no good to lose a little bit of weight and call it quits at 18% bodyfat. You need to be 10-12% or seriously GTFO. You cannot go to the gym once a week and wonder why you aren't looking tight, juicy, vascular in the mirror. You cannot be eating chipotle (even salads can have like 45g fat) everyday wondering why the acne on your face isn't going away thinking that you can solve all your problems with over the counter acne creams. It's better to avoid having a problem (looking ugly) than trying to fix it later by covering it up with a pic editing app or acne medication and shit. IMO.
