This is a no-brainer but genocide/ enslavement is completely natural and "superior" (at a certain point in the space-time continumm as races are always in flux) races are "entitled" to wiping out entire races if they see fit. Even if it doesnt call for it in terms of "necessity", as a philosopher once said , War can be hallowed by a great cause, but a great War hallows any cause.
Our closest relatives are bloodthirsty, tribal and it wouldn;t make sense if rising intelligence on the evolutionary scale did not also foster/ increase pressure for heavy in-group, out-group distinctions and the need for eliminating gene pools en masse so you can cement your genetic stamp on Gaia.
When the energies of superior races arent spent either in tumultous wars or in great undertakings of ascetisism, the race declines rapidly eventually ending up with profligate promiscuity and ennui characterising an entire Age.
This is why even manlet race like Japs commited horrible acts of violence in Nanking. The Japs took bushido seriously and had a pseudo-caste system which after the War and the emergence of anime as an art form ceased to exist except as sediments of a bygone age.
People are too quick to imbibe a self-defeatist mindset and a la pessimistic philosophers come to conclude suffering from wars being much greater than the affirmation that comes with victory. History however is clear on this matter, no great civilisation has come to be without a landmark event creating a peoples freshened and energised by the myth of their ancestors. This is why when Russia conquers Ukraine, they will be the World Superpower as the US is too busy taxing countries and would have dissolved already if not for the Ashkenazis. If fascism is the closest approximation of human physiology (ironic how Germany recognises this but not Russia) then neoliberal USA is like a patient afflicted with several different diseases who has to take 100 medications at the same time so that his liver, spleen, brain etc. do not grow tumours.
