If you don't look at the gratification side, I don't think Chad is necessarily a very satisfied person to have that kind of recognition, add to that the fact that physical ageing often demolishes chads more than others.
Recognition through contribution to society? Yes, but neurotypicals often contribute indirectly by participating in society as a catalyst. Doesn't require much effort
