I personally think that this development is a good thing (besides innsurance costs)
Obeese people objectivly die abbout 3-10 years earlier than normal humans

I was obeese up untl I was 14, but I gained self awereness once puberty hit me.
So I lost the weight by going outside and running and eating less.
No scale no gym just me wanting to loose weight.
If you arent ready to put in the same work as a litteral 14 year old retard you deserve death.

Anyone that is obeese after turning 18 truelly deserves dying earlier its natural selection,
obeese people also are way less fertile so their weak genes are less likely to be passed on wich is also a good thing.
