It is important to clarify I'll only post real, non cope, widely commercialized and valid supplements which has been widely approved by doctors and clinics alike.

Note that supplements will not be posted in order.

First: Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the cheapest, most widely circulated vitamin on the market. It is one of the best out there and helps a lot if you try to looksmaxx.

First it helps boost collagen production which helps having:

– a firmer skin
– a smoother texture
– a less “tired” look
– better (skin) elasticity over time

It also makes your skin tone brighter and helps against acne.
Vitamin C helps control inflammation which helps the face can look less bloated, especially around cheeks and under-eyes.

Vitamin also helps iron absorption which helps make the hair smoother and thicker giving you a manlier look ig.

After we have Ashwagandha

First, before talking about it. It is important to know that ashwagandha can make you emotionally dull. But who cares lol it has way more benefits.

I'll also say people promote it like the ultimate supplement but really its not that crazy but its still a allah-tier supplement (not literally)


Ashwagandha is not a vitamin, nor a mineral but rather a plant. It is an adaptogen and it helps your body in several functions. The most important utility of ashwagandha is its ability to manage stress and absolutely destroy your levels of cortisol (the stress horm

one). Its especially useful for overthinkers like me and people who just stress cause they don't to stress (me also). As a person who was stressing all the time ts eliminated my cortisol which made me debloat, made my skin calmer (with less redness and fewer break out (I barely have any buttons, sometimes they pop up and they just disappear the next day, well ashwagandha made me have 0 breakouts.))

Ashwagandha also increase sleep quality and makes you sleep like a literal baby. Sleep is the most important part of looksmaxxing. If you sleep bad then you'll look just like your quality of sleep. Ashwagandha makes you sleep quickly and increases your sleep quality.

It also boosts testosterone which is super important if you're pubertymaxxing.

Just be careful if you take it at a young age, you might become emotionally blunt. I personally don't have issues with it.



After we have: Zinc

Zinc is one of the most useful minerals for looksmaxxing because it directly affects skin, hormones and overall facial cleanliness.

It helps regulate oil production which can reduce acne and clogged pores (ew) and it speeds up skin healing so you'll look youthful (ig?)

But the most important part of zinc is that it supports testosterone and androgen balance (especially if you're dficient) which can improve muscle development, jawline fullness and overall masculine features OVER TIME. It surenghtens the hair, eyebrows and immune health. Its also common for people to be deficient of it so TAKE ITTT!!!!

WARNING:
Zinc is mostly sometimes commercialized in 25mg doses (like the one I took). You only need 11 mg per day don't overdose it. If you have extra strength what I do is that I take 1 pill every 3 day or 2 if i'm lenient. It can cause problems and can interfere with absorption of other nutriments if you take too much (also bad for your kidneys). This applies to every other supplements on this list DO NOT PASS THE DAILY LIMIT DOSE AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTION ON THE BACK

After we have: VITAMIN D3

Vitamin d3 is crucial especially if you live in colder countries lacking sun or if you are just someone who stays at home all day. It is one of the most supplement in looksmaxxing cause it also affects hormones, skin quality and overall vitality. Adequate d3 supports testosterone levels and muscle development. It also helps for inflammation control which helps avoid dull skin, dark under-eyes or just a tired appearance. It also helps for calcium absorption. Without vitamin d3 calcium is pretty much useless (calcium is kinda already useless, we'll talk about it later on).

After we have: Magnesium

Most people are deficient in Magnesium. Magnesium is actually kinda rare in food but it is very important for our body. Basically if you don't take magnesium supplements you are probably deficient. That's why compared to most supplements you'll quickly see effects.

Magnesium helps increase sleep quality, it lowers stress (very op btw) and helps muscle fonction A LOT. It supports proper muscle contractions (that's why its op to take before workouts or after workout if you are sore). It improves posture and muscle fullness which makes you looks better (not instantly).

Just be careful to take the right one, take magnesium bisglycinate. The other (citrate) is used as a laxative. Even bisglycinate can make you wann

a shit. So take only 1 pill of 200 mg then take the other one to complete your 400 mg daily intake. Eitherways your body will adapt to it easily. I personally have 0 issues but the first time I took it (first day of school btw) I ate nothing and we know what laxative + an empty stomach does. I couldn't sleep BUT ANYWAYS let's go for the next supplement.





Finally we have: Omega-3 which is a game changer.

Omega-3 (or fish oil) is OP because it reduces inflammation which makes you have a clearer skin. It reduced puffiness. It supports brain function and mood which makes you smarter (not literally) and it helps the hair look thicker and shinier. It also improves body fat distribution over time.

I hope you liked this thread and I hope it helped you. This is literally my first post lol and I might share more (if I'm not lazy). Note that I'm 15 so all of these are safe for consumption.

I haven't included supplements like calcium cause its absolutely useless. I still take 600 mg of calcium a day and even so i know it won't change a lot. We already have a lot of calcium in our diet and if you drink a lot of milk then its pretty much useless so don't waste your money on it its cope (+ it doesn't make you grow taller).

I also take Apple cider vinegar supplement which has potassium (low quantity) and boron. I just didn't include it cause it just makes you healthier and doesn't make you look better. I mean most people are instantly look away when it doesn't make them look prettier. Boron is a bit cope but it helps testosterone and sperm production a lot (and many people are deficient of it)

I think everyone should have supplements. Its vital for softmaxxing and is legit a cheat code for your health and your looks and its safe (unlike peptides or steroids (ew)).

Ye I mentioned it in the side effects but its worth the good health effects. You basically become untouched by anything which is negative but can be positive also
 
I would put NIH study links for each supplement
