If we consider that physique matters to foids, then the only one that matter and that can actually be fucking seen are

1. Shoulders - not a man if you lack them
2. Chest - nothing worse than being a gyno ridden subhuman, it's disgusting when a man lacks chest
3. Arms - foids love big and strong arms
4. Abs - subhuman if you are eating more than once a day
5. Maybe a little bit of neck

You are literally wasting time if you train other shit that can't be seen anyway.

Ok, maybe add a little bit of back and that's it, you are lowering iq if you train anything else.

I only train calisthenics now and do home workouts. Best decision I made.

When travelling I just do lots of push ups and walking.

idk i train everything since im a gymcel but shoulders are probably the most important you can’t even notice lats that much if your not flexing

i mean if your going to the gym might aswell hit everything you can just do a fb split and go 3x a week only thing i understand skipping is legs

Just blast Test, pop Dutasteride, train upper body twice a week and legs once and call it a day.

The epitome of low iq is following some routine or having a wide selection of exercises, complete gymcel cope.

If you know how to properly hit your chest with push ups, it will grow like crazy by just doing that, no need to be an absolute retard with 6 different exercises for each muscle. Just look at those niggas that get crazy jacked in prison, that just have a bed and floor and that do half reps, crazy shit.

Some shit like lateral delts do require equipment to be properly hit and that's fine, you can go to the gym but there is no need to go more than twice a week if you have high enough iq and sense to properly hit all muscles that I listed above.

when did i say anything about 6 different exercices a split helps someone keep track of what to hit with adequate rest days your a fucking retard don’t twist my words push ups will never be as good as something like a pec fly also i only do 2 chest so go fuck yourself

This is true and if you are a manlet then even in 6-10 months you can get a respectable shoulder/chest/arms and even abs aswell if not obese. Enough to mog the average normie and show it off to foids in fairly tight t-shirts.

every muscle matters, you need to have a balanced proportional physique. but you also need overpowering muscle groups like shoulders and back
